MISSION

During my 20 years of experience from CRM I have always looked for the shortest and most effective way to making CRM generating higher revenue.  I have worked with large and midsized companies in the Nordic countries within retail, travel, bank & finance and energy supply. My experience is that you need three components:


A campaign system that is easy to use but still powerful enough. It should be possible to work stepwise and grow with your needs. A lot of systems in the market today are both to expensive and to complicated to use.


Second you need a way of using all data to be smarter and more relevant to your customers.


Third you need data to tell you more about your customers than the phurcase data does alone: who your customers are, what values they have, interests, educational and income level, family situation and so on.
